Florence Ayoo Onyango is a "daughter of Siaya" who didn't wait for a title to start working.
With a deep-rooted background in community development and a firm belief in Social Engineering, Florence has spent her career identifying grassroots gaps and building sustainable bridges across Ugenya and beyond.
At a young age, she represents a new generation of leadership, one that values technical solutions over political rhetoric. Her journey is defined by actions: mentoring the vulnerable, professionalizing local talent, and advocating for a green economy.
